Star Valley HOA – Service Request

Welcome to your personalized service request landing page! This portal is designed to help us better serve your community and respond to issues and requests as quickly as possible.

As we begin servicing and acclimating to your community, we anticipate there will be areas of need and items that require attention. We are committed to maintaining open communication with your management, the board, and all residents to provide the care your community deserves and bring it up to speed as efficiently as possible. We hope this service request page will assist us all in achieving this goal and provide an opportunity for everyone to participate.

Please note that there is a distinction between requests that fall under our scope of work and those that require additional billing and, therefore, management approval before we can provide the services.

Examples of requests best submitted through this portal include:

• Fallen trees and/or branches • Irrigation leaks (standing or running water for extended periods) • Broken sprinkler heads • Irrigation spaghetti lines watering areas with no plants (that need to be capped) • Any landscape-related item that poses a hazard or threat to property or safety

If your request does not fall into any of the above categories, please contact your management team. Your dedicated account manager will work closely with Cadence management to address any additional requests.

At Santa Rita Landscaping, we love when HOA residents actively participate in identifying areas that need attention. Overcommunication is always better than under communication, so please don’t hesitate to use this service request portal! The more details, the better. With a community your size, it’s especially important to provide clear details on the location of your request to ensure timely and accurate responses.
