The Foreman position is a hands-on, working position performing landscape construction for Builder, Commercial and Custom Residential Landscape construction. Foremen are responsible for first level supervision of a crew from 2-4 individuals for various job installations, quality control and crew management completing jobs within hours and budget while maintaining Santa Rita’s standards of quality. Must be self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
